At Quantum Brain Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences. However, as our products are digital in nature, we offer a limited refund policy.

1. Digital Products

All our courses are either recorded or conducted live online. As such, they fall under non-returnable digital goods.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

  • You have not completed more than 25% of the course content.

  • You have not attended any live class associated with the course.

Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Include your full name, course name, and order ID.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Course completed more than 25%.

  • Live sessions already attended.

  • Any request after 7 days of purchase.

  • Accidental purchases.
