How long does it take to create a video course?

Course creation time depends on the topic depth, instructor availability, and format (recorded or live). Typically, it takes 2 to 6 weeks to produce a high-quality video course that includes:

  • Structured modules

  • Quizzes or exercises

  • Downloadable materials
    We ensure every course meets our educational standards before it's made available to learners.

How long do I get support and updates for a course?

Once you enroll in a course, you receive:

  • Lifetime access to course content, unless stated otherwise

  • 1 year of priority support via email

  • Free updates to the course content as and when improvements or curriculum changes are made

How long is my personal free trial?

Currently, Quantum Brain Academy does not offer a free trial as our courses are either live or pre-recorded with immediate access.

What is Quantum Brain Academy’s refund policy?

We offer a refund only if:

  • You request it within 7 days of purchase

  • You haven’t completed more than 25% of the course

  • You haven’t attended any live sessions related to the course

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. To request a refund, email us at đź“§ support@quantumbrainacademy.com with your order ID and course name.

How does Quantum Brain Academy protect my personal information?

What if a live class is missed or canceled?

If you miss a live session:

  • You’ll be provided with a recorded version, if available

  • We may also offer a repeat session in some cases

If a class is canceled from our side due to technical or scheduling issues, we will either reschedule it or offer a partial refund or credit, based on the situation.

Does Quantum Brain Academy offer course certificates?

Yes. Upon successfully completing a course (100% progress and passing any required quizzes), you’ll receive a digital certificate of completion via email or downloadable from your dashboard.

Can I access the course after completion?

Absolutely. Unless otherwise stated, you get lifetime access to the course content — including updates, PDFs, and recordings — so you can revisit your learning anytime.

What happens if I forget my password or can’t log in?

No worries! Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your password. If you continue to face issues, email 📧 support@quantumbrainacademy.com and we’ll help you regain access.

Can policies change in the future?

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No. Since our courses are delivered digitally, Cash on Delivery is not applicable. All payments must be made online before course access is granted.

Can I pay in currencies other than USD?

Our default currency is USD $. If you're paying from outside US, your bank or card provider may automatically convert the amount based on the prevailing exchange rate and may include a conversion fee.

How will I receive payment confirmation?

Once your payment is successfully processed:

  • The course will be immediately unlocked in your account dashboard

  • If not received within 10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder or contact support

What should I do if my payment fails or is deducted but not reflected?

If your payment fails or the amount is debited but the course is not activated:

  1. Wait 10–15 minutes, as banks sometimes delay confirmation.

  2. Check if you received a bank/SMS confirmation but not from QBA.

We’ll verify and resolve it within 24–48 working hours.

Are my card and banking details secure?

Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to process all transactions. Quantum Brain Academy does not store any card or banking details on its servers. Your payment is fully secure.
